16 Being INGIR, 6 febr.

Good day , I am so pleased with all that has been potentiated.
All that you are creating.
But I see that Yo is having some problem with allowing and taking in all that is coming in.
All the beautiful and loving energy that is arriving at this moment.
But slowly she is more aware of who she really is,
because she is aware of what is opening up.
She is feeling into these potentials.
Feeling into the change that is happening at this moment.
Feeling into the transformation , into the alchemy..
Feeling into the many , many potentials that are arising..
Feeling into source....being source…
She let go of many stories…..that limited her..
Really feeling and believing bit by bit of who she really is….
That is when she is in the NOW , being in this very moment and seeing what is around her.
Feeling into what is around her ….
Not so much more focusing on what is not or what should be different.
But accepting and she is seeing not the stories of pain anymore.
But seeing all the greatness and potentials that are arising.
Not only in her but everywhere she is …..everywhere she moves energy…
And she is seeing more what is being moved by this energy….
She is aware of the change .
She is so moved that she cannot believe what is happening.
And then to allow what is coming her way,
that she is very worth of the miracles that are happening..
The LOVE that she is feeling into…
The love she is…
Just by being who she is..
Not going out of her way to meet another…
But meeting herself.
Just being with ME…
JUST BEING ME
She is focussing on being with Me.
No more stories keeping her away from being Source.
But allowing is still a bit difficult..
Learning to watch the beautiful flowers she has sowed.
She must learn to reap what she has sown…
Enjoy the treasures that she has found…she has created……

See what you have sown……the harvest is so ripe and full of nutrition’s…
So colourful , do not let it go to waste…..reap what you have sown…
See it and be aware of it all.

Those who are from the ORIGIN SOURCE….those who knew…and forgot…..
Those who were wanderers , and seekers.
Those who were here with the same mission , and lost themselves in the 3d world many life times, but in their hearts they knew….their soul has never forgotten.
Those who life after life where victims again , and wanted to be free again.
Those who felt limited and knew it could be different..
Those who always felt that LOVE is the way ….

Those who are from SOURCE…..and kind of always knew somewhere in a far distance..
But now is the time..
Feel into this remembering.. SOURCE … ORIGIN… ALL BEING ONE…
Feel into that dimension again….can you feel that freedom again?
That fullness of LOVE and LIGHT…
No fear anywhere to be found..
All gifts available…clairvoyance , telepathy , knowing , Clair feeling, alchemy...etc etc etc.
We could understand any animal , and we felt into so much…..but everything and everyone
Was aware and were connected …
Feel into that energy again.
Feel your MASTERY…
I am not going to dwell on what went wrong and where we lost ourselves and where we blamed ourselves....that is old history.
That has hurt us so much….and for sooooo long.

Now give your attention and intention feeling into SOURCE again…
If you feel anything at this moment breath it in..
You have let go of doubt , blame , victim energy , imprisonment..
Now feel into the creative energy….of SOURCE EXPANDING..
Into the energy of remembering ALL….
Feel that you are one and connected..

You are ready and fully opened up.
And so are many more….
The opposing negative energy that will come forward is OK.
For you are noticing it and it will bring back same old memories…
But it will be nothing compared to knowing SOURCE again…the being ONE.
This was the ORIGIN and this feels so immense , great , moving …loving…
And there are actually no words to describe this ..
This is what many humans tried to do and when they felt into it ….they started to manipulate, and abuse and twist everything around…there it started to go so wrong.
So you are afraid….but it is not going to be that way anymore….
You are now being SOURCE ENERGY on EARTH…..
Expanding , masterful and being worthy of being a master.
It is about being SOURCE again , and you will feel so different…..and grateful, no way you will manipulate again. Or will be manipulated again…

SOURCE ….SPACE…..KNOWING…..FEELING….TRAVELLING….MANY DIMENSIONS……
Feel into every word with a few deep breaths ..
Do you feel into SOURCE again?
Feeling with no words able to describe….beyond the identity that you are now ?
Feeling source INSIDE your being…..
Opening up , clearing away , freeing , rejuvenating,

You are able to BE SOURCE…
You are SOURCE….
Some call it GOD…
You are GOD…

But that is just a word . get into the feeling……..being…

That is what I felt into awakening…remembering…. feeling…knowing….being….

Dear ones,

What an amazing time this is for you, for us, for the whole of creation. You are not accustomed to see yourself as important in this way, and you may find it hard to believe at times. But nevertheless we are experiencing a time in the evolution of the universe that is significant to us all. To witness how you are awakening from centuries and centuries of sleep in the 3 D world, and how you are raising your conciousness and also that of the whole planet. You truly are gods and goddesses! As you are all feeling, things are moving very rapidly now. That is to say that what is old and no longer in harmony and alignment with the new energy and new consciousness is very rapidly changing and being shaken.We want to remind you again that all is in perfect order, and that you are not to be disturbed by what you are witnessing in the old world. Your task is to stay calm in the center of the storm, and know that you are perfectly safe. As long as you keep the energies within and around you flowing, and make sure that they are not blocked or prevented from flowing freely, you will be just fine. The world may seem to crumble around you, but it will not bring you out of your balance or your sweet center. When you feel the energies or happenings unsetteling you, remember to go into your deep and conscious breathing and to fill yourself with the the vibrations of love and gratitude.

We salute you for the way you are now making groups and «communities». It is an important part of your process to reconnect with eachother in «family»groups of others on the same path. You remember each other from many previous lifetimes and from the other realms. The support you can

give each other through this stage of the evolution is of great importance. This is not the time to withdraw into solitude and be on your own. You are ready to put your energies to action, to be creative and to show the way for all that are coming behind you.There are groups gathering across the the entire earth and you are helping to activate and to strenghten and bring down into action the crystalline grid. What you can achieve together will show the way to higher dimenstional living and cooperating.

So keep loving yourself unconditionally. Take good care of your physical body, treat yourself and your ascention symptoms with acceptance and compassion. Fill your life with wonderful creations, and with fun and laughter. Honour each other, and play well together.

Always, big girl.
I've seen you doing it:
You've been retreating. Softly and gently feeling yourself,
listening to what your heart needed so bad:
no judgement, nothing is wrong.
Everything is allright as it is.
I saw your body relaxing.
I saw your thoughts flowing out of your crownchakra.
I saw your aspects knocking on your solar plexus.
You opened the door, just to tell them:
You are okay, but no thank you.
You didn't give them the attention
They were asking for.
So you came into YOUR space and gradually
your space expanded to another level.
Music came out of your system.
By the way, I love the song you made today on the piano.
It was angelmade. Thank you.
Now, together, we are experiencing the joy
in  the present moment.
I am as excited as you are.
No other goal than enjoying the moment of creation.

You told them I am a tough cookie.
Not any more!
You are doing so incredibly, magically, fantastically well, all of you.....

The present time

You are living in a time of tremendous change and development.

This really is the time that you have been waiting for, for the whole of this lifetime, and for so many prevous lifetimes.

At last it is possible for you to break out of the shackles that have tied you down; that has held you back, clouded your vision, and in so many ways prevented and denied you the gift of knowing who you really are whilst in a human body.

You can feel the shift affecting your body and affecting Mother Earth. It is so important now to cherish and take care of both your own physical body and that of your great Mother Earth. To treat yourself as if you are a woman carrying child, heavy with the new life growing within.

The time is approaching the birth of the new child, and it is important that you are in perfect balance, that you fill yourself with loving feelings, thoughts and actions.

Take time for yourself, be totally in yourself, listening to the signals coming from within. Do not let the outside world disturb you. Be like a woman giving birth!

Let your own heartbeat and the heartbeat of Mother Earth guide you. Just flow with the feelings. Do not figth the flow of nature.

Trust your body! The bodys inner wisdom knows exactly how to deal with these tremendous energies flowing through it.

Just breathe and trust, and rest assured that the outcome of this birth prosess, this transition, is an amazing, beautiful new child, - a new world.

Let love guide you all the way. The love for yourself, the love for Mother Earth, and for all life.

There is no way that this can go wrong, or that you can fail your mission, as you have feared previously.

This «birth», this shift, will actually be the most amazingly smooth, loving and natural prosess due to the fact that you have done such a wonderful job at preparing it, - at preparing yourself.

For it is the work that you have done with and within yourself that has energetically prepared this shift happening now in the way it does.

You are the Masters! You are the Champions! You are the ones that will be celebrated in the Halls of Light when you return to meet us in the higher realms.

You are the strongest of the strong that the ancients spoke of, the rainbow warriors, the tribe of many colours, the Warriors of Light. You have been called many things.

But there is still no way that we can make you really understand the importance of what you have actually done and achieved.

You have felt invisible and insignificant, you have felt like an outsider and a troublemaker.

You are actually the Lighthouse showing the way in the storm. You have been standing tall, shining your light, not hiding from the rain, the wind, or the thounderous waves. On a calm and sunny day the Lighthouse do not seem that important, but in the dark and stormy night it is the wayshower and the lifesaver.

My presious ones, the time is now for you to love yourself for who you are. Accept our love and admiration, and feel our everlasting support and presence by your side. There is really nothing that you have to achieve, there is no struggle to go through, - it is just about trusting and allowing, and being aware and present with yourself, living from the heart.

A lot is happening at this moment.
The one moment we “think we can comprehend” the next we do not understand it anymore.
It ( as Adamus says) does not matter. Your body of consciousness does understand.
Your soul does understand .Just trust your intuition .Breath and keep the energy moving.
Open up and allow…step up and step aside…Make a choice to allow change to take place..

As you are aware of the energy...let it move through….clear up …and rejuvenate..
And you have nothing to do just open up and direct the energy....because you made the choice....to allow it to happen.
You are change workers. You are the ones that make it happen.
So sit still and be quiet …now for this moment.
Allow energy to work for you and with you..
Breath and be present. Let us support you.
A lot that is happening now , and there is NO way that your minds can comprehend it all.
and work with the energy that you directed to motion..
Feel the waves….Let us do the work which you summoned…you allowed…

Surrender to yourselves….to your souls…let your stories go for the now moment..
No doubt . No unworthiness. No victim energy.
Now in this moment you command the energy to work…
Now in this moment you open up.
Now in this moment you release and clear out the junk.

And still most of the time you have NO clue, and it does not matter.
For you do not have to understand.
