Yo personal 16 April 2011 Get totally into feeling. Get into the Flow of love for yourself. Feel the essence of all potentials. Feel all is possible and at the same time simultaneously. Open up to the many dimensions at the same time. Feel immortality….feel past lives and future lives in many dimensions. Are you ready to let go of your story totally? If not……feel into the part that is difficult to let go and explore all the colours that are there. Many dimensions are there in the story of your past. Dive around and feel into it. There are many stories there as well… So what happened exactly? Who knows… Nothing is what it seems anymore… So why not explore it….see all the colours , smell al the smells… Never , never stay stuck….play around , fool around. You are free….never to be stuck again. Never stuck in one story , never stuck in one dimension. Never stuck in one word , or one feeling… Never stuck in other persons story , or manipulation for there are many stories in one’s past. Make one up as well , what story would you prefer? That is also true….who cares? Feel , feel your true heart , into your true being. Feel the freedom , total freedom… Fly around , be so young again , for there is no age present. Be nowhere and be everywhere at the same time. Let go of the 3 dimension. Let go of the linear thinking. It is hard to explain. Hard for the mind to comprehend. But not hard to feel into…..to imagine. Yes you are free…..at last. Where to go what to do? Who cares….play and be carefree. You are NOT to be stuck ever again. Unless you want to…. Then it is your choice… You are ALL that you ARE.. All you want to be and make up many more that you can be.. Can you feel what it does to your being , to your body.. Feel what it does for your body of consciousness? Feel the space around you? Feel your true heart? Feel your face as it changes….there is no age where you fit in ever again… Ageless.. Ageless for you are all ages at the same time, for al past ( and past lives also), future are intertwining. Moving around so fast , and it changes every split second. Feel the turmoil….your mind cannot understand at all. But you lay it at rest and take care of it…it is OK. Just dive into it…surrender , trust , play , and feel the freedom. Feel the lines of sorrow disappear. All is possible. And if people around you do not understand …see all that is possible in them to…all the colours in every one. And let the one story that they are believing GO…see all the other stories , feel there other potentials there as well….meet them in many dimensions. Play with their souls….enjoy the connection in all… past, present and future. Let them feel you…feel you play and move around…. We are all with you, in all that is appearing and changing rapidly. We play with you , laugh with you … We can easily speed up with you and encourage you to go even faster until you spin and Laugh out loud. We enjoy the potentials that you are waking up and moving around… We enjoy the colours that you create , the full rainbows of colours. We enjoy the sounds that you make. We enjoy the smells you give birth to…. We love the fun you have and we SMILE , wide and broad smiles…

The space in-between is what you are used to. The 3D reality which limited you so much…
Now it is time to get used to the pearls-beads one after another…sometimes a little row of them together.

First you had to experience once again the darkest hours ( years) of the soul.
And you did experience it thoroughly....it hurts so much…
You saw when others did not , could not love and appreciate you…
You felt as you did something terribly wrong.
You felt into the absence of LOVE.
You tried to make contact with the ones whom where not connected with this deep love , which you remembered so deeply into your being.
And which you wanted to go back again. Wanted to be reunited again.
You thought when it did not happen you did something terribly wrong. And you started to look and feel into the others to search for this love again.
When you made contact with others on earth ( parents , family, friends, lovers) , you attached dark energies to yourself again. Which attached to you because you had wrong beliefs about yourself.
You stepped into darkness.
All for a purpose.

Now feel into ME and many Saints with ME…..
First we started to work in Brazil , with John of God and al the beautiful people assisting him.
The story is about LOVE , deep LOVE.
Al the dark entities are brought to the LIGHT.
Al darkness brought to the light.
With the love from all human angels on earth, and many more angels arrived on earth…

All darkness cleared away.

Close your eyes for a little while and breath deeply.

But it has nothing to do with you. Because you can be in LOVE again.

We , you’re teachers from this mystery class, are very near by.
We would like to make some things clear to you.
First of all we do see you still resisting , we can see it in your bodies and we feel it in your hearts. It is very normal but makes it a little more difficult.
Takes a little longer.
But it is going to happen anyway , because you choose it very clearly.
You have understood alchemy a long time ago and recently remembered it again , as often happens that one forgets all the things one learns in a classroom , for some of the time one dreams away. Or one is caught up in the things happening around you as you live on earth.

But now is the time to be clear and remember.
Now is the time to practise all that is been taught to you.
Now is the time to stop resisting for it is going to happen and there is not much more you can do ( for most of you think there is still much more to be done).
But these thoughts are keeping you away as Donicia already has been telling you .
Any way, that part of letting go, you already feel in your souls and hearts…

So lets get on with it!
Let the internal flame burn , burn up all resistance , old belief systems , suffering.
Let this eternal flame bring the light and warmth .
Step into the internal flame , be the flame…
The flame is there burning as a little spotlight.
But you can give it permission to let it grow big , bigger to be the greatest flame ever.
Flame energy gives energy , power , clearing up , and the ashes are very fertile…

Feel the fire in you , do not be afraid but be joyful…Celebrate.
Get out the marshmallows….see the stars while you are outside in the dark..

And be aware some humans are very afraid of the fire , the enormous flame.
The want to through buckets water over you to stop this fire.
Or to trim it down a little. Make it a little smaller, perhaps….

But no way it is going to have any effect at all.
Be the biggest flame ever.

Fire energy , is very powerful, inspiring , warming , you will arise as a phoenix from the ashes. You really will ….
This is the time….
Light up your internal flame….we will bring you the fire works….

A visit to Shambala

I sit in meditation and after connecting with the earths inner heart center and the great cosmic heart I contact my pakauwa. The first time for a long while. What comes to me is an enormous elephant.

I am on top of it in a split second, being carried through the lush green landscape in a slow and wonderfully comfortable, swaying way. I feel as if I am a great Maharaja, or am I an Indian prinsess, beautifuly clothed and veiled? I realize that I am sitting on top of the elephant together with my twin flame. There is a deep, almost overwhelming love and we are sitting there intertwined. Are we two people, or is it the perfect union of my being, the sacred marriage of the masculine and feminine parts of my celestial being, my I Am.The elephant is still moving forward, as I am seated on top watching how the people are throwing flower petals on the road in front of me. I feel a sense of great dignity, and I am being honoured.

I see the big mountains of the Himalaya approaching and then I am seated on the back of an enourmous bird. The elephant changes into this bird? I am flying high up in the mountains, and I think I am landing in Shambala again. I am received in a great big hall. There are pillars of gold and crystals. It is magnificent. I feel as if I have a great big cape hanging from my back, but realize that it must be my wings. I kneel in front of the great Lord seated at the top, and he makes me stand up again and be seated at the round table that is there. I am celebrated and I am asked to tell about all my experiences from Earth. I feel comfortable being here now. I see the great eye, the eye of Horus lighting up in front of me. I come here to get assistance with a download of energies and with rejuvenation. I am having a «Shaumbra service center spa treatment».

I hug all my friends before I leave and I am brought back to my elephant who carries me on through the beautiful landscape which I am enjoying and admiring. We come to the water and the elephant goes into it and give us a wonderful refreshing shower. My elephant, Mumta, takes me back to the palace looking like the Taj Mahal, where my love and I watch a magnificent sunset.

If you go within the depth of yourself , and be the origin source,
There can not be anything else anymore.
Are you prepared to let go of whom you are NOT?
If you are anxious , fearful , not good enough , looking outside yourself,
Then you are not truly within.

If you are truly within you all these feelings , doubts , thoughts disappear.
They are making you aware that you are not deep within.
Do not punish yourself thinking “What am I doing wrong”
But accept with total love what is happening and know that you are so willing to go to your deepest within…
ACCEPT what is happening and embrace it fully.
See what you are still doing …..with much compassion …
There is nothing outside you anymore, nothing to search for …
The thoughts that arise that are keeping you from the freedom that you are,
Is YOU believing the GAME.
You are keeping yourself from freedom.
So be quiet and see what your identity ,of whom you are NOT ,is doing .

When I had to awaken , truly be aware of who I AM ,
I had to let go of the slave , maid , not worthy, woman ( in that time) stories.
Like if it was just a dream.
I turned around , and stepped into who I AM, letting totally go of whom I AM NOT.
Keeping just a tiny thought of being so little worth , kept me away from being who I AM.

So I am asking you , no telling you , TURN AROUND.
Feel the presence of who you really are.
FEEL IT.
KNOW IT.
You are a part something so magnificent and so huge…
The identity of who you think you are , is such a tiny part of who you really , really are.
LET GO of the tiny bit , it is so insignificant.
Yet, the tiny bit, is also beautiful on the other hand for it made you experience al this suffering.
But is a tiny , tiny part worth it to keep you away from being the UNIVERSE , COMOS?????
Away from being GOD ALSO?

No more words , to keep you away.
No more thoughts can keep you away.
No more old belief systems can keep you away..
No more searching can keep you away…
NO MORE.
STOP TURN AROUND

FEEL INTO US, INTO YOU…

When old thoughts arise , be compassionate and loving know that it is not keeping you away anymore. Breath it in but do not accept it anymore , it is not yours. Was not yours to begin with , anyway.
Make the choice , wipe clean the stories , of the old belief system.
Clean up your space, anytime necessary.
Like sponging yourself clean as many times possible to stay in the I AM.
See from a distance what your identity of whom you are NOT is CLINGING onto…
Feel compassion for that part.
Breath , it is just a tiny part.
It is not working anymore.

So much respect there is on this side for you.
Can you really feel what you are doing? Have done.
Or are you looking at yourself through the eyes of your human identity .

The change is going to be through you , through your body of consciousness.
As you know of course already.
But can you feel it?
Do you stay attached to the identity that you are or can you let your story go.
And feel who you are.
You are GOD ,DIVINITY , UNIVERSE, COSMOS….
Feel it , Feel what is means to you and your body.
Feel what the changes can be.
How does it feel different?
To really take responsibility for your self.
To really let in the feeling of love.
Allowing the highest light beings to honour and love you.
This is totally different then You think you should love yourself.
Feel the change of love starting from deep within your being.
Breath and feel with your arms the expansion of your breath and love.
Feel with your hands on the outside of your presence , follow the movement of energy.
While you breath.
In and out…

Take responsibility of who you are.
Take care of yourself through these changes that are occurring on earth right now.
Let your energy expand.
Feel US around you , with you…..and do not think but FEEL it..
No limited ideas of who you are NOT , that is old energy.
And I know the difference very much.
I am so happy to let that story and that suffering go.
I could not make the change in that life when I fell asleep again.
But I did get it through your changing of vibration.
WIPE CLEAN your space from old energy….do it once more.
Breath and let it be wiped clean.

Now again feel your presence , your energy, with NO limited thinking.
Feel OUR joy and LOVE again….
Be quiet end feel into this DEPTH.
Which all the darkness that pushed you towards…this depth.
Thank the darkness for being there even though it was very hard to embrace a little while ago.
Now it feels different for there is NEW DEPTH and COMPASSION.
AGAIN and AGAIN feel into this very intense NEW depth like a GLETCHER…
Opening up pushing aside that is not really YOU anymore.

We work side by side with you…..
And we understand and feel that it is a very hard thing to do.
So we praise you.
This is a very rewarding time on earth but it is a very dark and intense , shattering energy.
And there is a question I want to ask you…do you need to look any further , outside yourself?
Or is the answer inside you NOW?
Do you still need to listen to all the teachers around you.
Or is it inside yourself.
Do you know your way?
Can you feel your grandness , connection with you?
Or are you still looking for approval outside yourself?

Not being free , wow that really feels terrible at the moment.
For Yo is having a very hard time at the moment.
It is in her face , it is hurting her like…….hell.
Allowing to be present and breath is a very hard thing to do.
I see the progress that is being made….
And I am with her very much.
I am in awe with the persistence that she is showing to become totally free.

The persistence that also holds her back ,
for there is still a part of her that is scared that she is doing wrong.
What if…..?
How….?
Yo you are doing fine, I can tell you , I want to reassure you…
Just hold on , for you are making great progress indeed.
Just feel and there is so much to be feeling into…so much…
Just be present and feel ME.
You do not have to work so hard , just be present.
Stay in your own space…..be true….be authentic …
Do what you feel is good for you.

Yo’s feeling of fear is great….also feeling into the fear of many on earth…
It is there and it is real for many.
Yo ‘s fear is that she will be overwhelmed , and that she will be swept away,
Or go crazy…
So take good care of yourself right now.
Keep in balance even though the balance might be hard to find….
It is there. Spend time on your own.

This is a hard one , a hard nut to crack.

That sounds very scary but it is not.
You just take the leap and be with you…ME.
All the terrifying thoughts that are arising , are here for a purpose….
Let them be and breath them in , …you know just energy…
But still it can be very …, eh ….like death threatening experiences very deep fear…
So when you can face them and feel them and breath them in….
Just do it …and jump towards freedom…with opening arms.
All you have to do is go towards….step up …
As you did so many times before…again and again…

Human bodies need both light and dark. Both are created for uploading, in a beautiful balance that is. How would your body look like if you were in eternal sunlight or in eternal darkness? The absence of light makes you sleep and gain power, it is meant to be so. Birds stop singing, when night falls.
I hear you talking and especially feeling about light and dark. Both are necessary for your earthmanifestations, the forms you are using on earth.
Balance is gone when you sleep in the daytime and do not honour the sunlight. Balance is gone when you are wide awake at night and do not honour the darkness.
Yet, you seem to be afraid of the dark.
Shouldn't you be equally afraid of the light then?
If you can see light and dark as friends, joining hands in creating the circumstances for beautiful balance, like the Earth-mother is totally accepting, that her body is partly in the dark and partly in the light all the time, how would your life look like?
You are part of the Big Mama. This is the way Earth has been designed: darkness and light as friends, balancing out activity and rest,love and fear and all the other dualities.
Accept they are there, let go of any fear regarding the one or the other. Then allow the honouring of both and breath them in as one.
You want to be wide awake all the time. Give it a rest every once in a while, keep your balance within...........

Mind on vacation and the Love Avalanche

There are moments now that you feel your brain, your mind has taken a vacation, and you are not quite sure where it went and when it will return. This is a wonderful thing to be celebrated actually, even if you feel a bit confused and bewildered. You are after all supposed to function in your job, or you have lots of things to deal with. You are of course perfectly fine, and just where you are supposed to be, as you really know very well when you feel into it. Just trust your body, stay in it and love it. You feel as if your body is expanding, and it certainly is, but don`t worry about the weight part of it. There is a tremendous amount of light that you have to download and transform at this time and your body is doing a great job of it. You feel as if you are just floating away at times, but it is important that you make sure you stay in your body. As it is through your physical vessel that you are ensuring that the light and love frequencies are truly anchored in the Earth and creating this new Earth that we have been waiting for.

You are experiencing great solar flares right now. Welcome the assistance that you are getting. It is creating shock waves of energy that influences all life on Earth, and of course yourself. But welcome them as great catalysts and transformers. You have the sun within the earth and you have your sun in the sky that are both sending forth waves of energy. Harmonize with them. Trust your body. Release. Breathe. You are feeling the energy of love and compassion stronger and stronger around yourselves. Yesterday you experienced a Love Day, Valentines day, and you felt how the (inter)net of light workers all over the globe increased the love frequency as they sent love messages to each other all across the world. It was compared to an avalanche, an avalanche of love. You can no longer hold it back, you can no longer hide or try to control the pace of evolution, the pace at which you are developing. Feel the presence of the ones that are assisting you, and feel their joy and laughter. They can hardly contain themselves, their happiness overflowing. The ride may still be a bit bumpy for you, but the more you resist, the harder the bumps will feel. If you can try to flow with it, the bumps will seem so much smoother, just giving you a thrill in fact. (Lol) Compare it to an activity that you enjoy doing, if it is flying, driving a fast car or sitting in a rollercoaster. Feel the freedom!! Act like the Fool in the Tarot, trusting that life will support him as he sets out on new adventures, taking a leap, jumping off into the unknown.

There is awareness from you within your body. Imagine you could feel a stone from within. Feel like you are a stone or a tree. Now feel yourself, feel this precious body your living in. feel the love between you and your body.

Feel and breathe out... Don’t think. Feel into your body. The warmth, the strength, the life, your heart, the pulsing live of your expanding body.

From this point you start to be aware of the outside world. This is your starting point, your focus.

Who am I? The story of Buddha. And the January shoud.

Yesterday I saw the last 'shoud' and I woke up thinking: who am I? Not that I don't feel a living source inside of me that I call me. It was the questions at the end of the Shoud that interested me. All the thoughts and energies bombarding us. All these spirits talking to us and some trying to manipulate us (as Adamus said), how do we know what to choose. He said, it's only from us when we choose it to be. This has a lot to do with the channeling we're doing, because we're really feeling and listening to energies around and inside of us. For me the shoud left some open doors about this topic, I thought: why not share this with the group? Because, this year 2011, will be the year that 'they' are going to press our buttons. I thought that this would be an easy year full of fun and laughter. But probably it will be the 'testing' also; I can understand that people in my surroundings will react as if I’m crazy when I really start doing what makes my heart singing. (When I start wearing my blue dress and become a channeler... :))

So we really have to be The Master. And be totally aware of what's happening with energies that push our buttons and who try to make us feel small. The energies that are looking for our pure energy. Because we're so open now, we really need this pure awareness of what's trying to manipulate us. We have to be aware to what doesn't feel good and realize that this is not ours and sent it away. Or the other thing to do is just breathe it in. can we breathe everything in? I doubt it sometimes. If I feel a bad energy, or a thought that want to make me angry, can I breathe it in or tell it to go away? I think both will work and I also know that the more I’m in the light, the happiness that I am, there are not so many questions about this topic. You instantly feel and know what's right and what you should or shouldn’t do about it.

I always like the story about Buddha who was travelling with some people for a few days. One of these persons was negative to Buddha. Saying mean things and tried to get him mad or feel bad. He did this throughout the day but Buddha was not responding to it. He just smiled. The next day and the day after that the man kept trying to stir Buddha and tried to make him feel small or bad. But it didn't work. Just this smile in the eyes of Buddha.

What’s wrong with you? The man asked the third day. I tried to make you feel bad for three days and you don't respond to it. What are you doing?

Buddha smiled again. You know, he said, if you give me a present and I don't take it, to who belongs the present then?

From me? The man said.

And so it is. The Buddha said with a smile on his face.

I wrote this all because I had some questions and I’m interested in you're feeling or thought about this. Or some other things that the 'shoud' made you aware off. maybe it's a good idea to share some things the week after a new shoud. That’s my feeling. Just a little sharing....

When I appeared to you in your sleep several months ago, you saw me in my old age, laughing like I was "out of my mind", which I am. I knew you didn't understand what I came to do or who I was, when I told you my name. It was very hilarious to me. I saw you looking me up in the encyclopedia, so now you know!
I used to take myself extremely serious at that lifetime.I wrote thousands of papers to make people understand ,using my mind (mostly), my heart and my inner knowledge of the essence of human life on earth, seeing it in the perspective of the kosmos itself.
Some of the things I wrote, people took seriously. At the same time, especially on the subject of religion, I made many ennemies.
I can relate to the fact that your small group on earth is not understood by the majority of earthlings.It can be rather frustrating and lonely.
I can tell you one thing ( amongst many others ): you are on the right track.

In the mean time: laugh, play with what you know and who you are. Don't be too serious. Laughter opens hearts and sets the soul free.
My friend St. Germain is as confronting as I have always been. However,he is never losing his humour.
In my life as P. I had a total lack of humour. Where I am now, we are laughing our buts off ( if we had them! ).

It's a beautiful game, life on earth. Play it with grace and you can be you, close to your soul...No, one with your soul.
Dance, be who you are, sing and laugh, be who you are, create in your own space and don't pay attention to all the souls, that are still ignorant and dormant.

The breathing you do works wonders for your body and soul. It is a solid advice. If you do it smiling, it is even more effective.
ENJOY! Don't do what I did..............do what I do now.
Trust your truth, for it is divine gold, and you will be free.

Welcome, dearest one,

You are not new to us, even if you think that we are new to you. We have been part of your evolution in the same way that many other spiritual families have been. We are very happy that you have become aware of us. Your attention has been towards the outer space of the universe, what belongs to other planets and stars, galaxies and starsystems. You have heard of the ones living within the Earth, but have not really felt connected to these. Remember, we are all one, we all come from the same source. Our histories are interconnected, and when the veil is totally lifted you will realize that this is not new to you at all.

There were beings that had to go underneath the surface of the earth to live, at certain times in the Earths history. There are highly evolved communities and cities underground. Our sivilisation is far beyond yours in this time. In a way we come from your future but also from your past. They are also interconnected. It is obvious to you that as fellow inhabitants of this earth, the development that you are now going through is also affecting us. The Earth is raising in vibration, and is becoming an enlightened planet. We also rejoice in this. We also celebrate you who have helped this process along whilst in physical bodies. This is such a great achievement. It is hard for you to see the whole picture, in fact it is not at all possible for you to do this at this stage in development. You are still under the influence of seeing evolution/history as linear time. To tell you that time is in fact something that can be described as a great circle, where everythings comes around and around is hard for you to fathom. More correct is it to say that time is a spiralling circle evolving further and further away from source before it spirals back again and becomes one with source. These time frames are enormous. Suffice it to say to you now that we are closely interconnected as we share this planet as our home. We are aiding and assisting you and planet Earth at this time, as you are aiding and assisting us to reach a new level of our evolution. We do not live in duality, but in a heartceneterd unity consciousness. We travel anywhere we like in time and space. We can take on a human shape, or we can stay in our energybodies, our lightbodies. You can see us as lights in the skies, and you will see more of us. We can show up in your photographs as orbs or shadows of light. We are so pleased with the work you have done which now enables us to contact you, to visit the crust of the earth and to communicate with you. We are family too!

You are now becoming crystalline in structure as we also are, and in a way you can say that you are becoming us in your distant future. And still we are here all togehter We want to laugh and play with you. To be happy with you, to love and honour you.

Yo is feeling into freedom , and at the same time she felt into NOT being free.
This feeling of how she is withdrawing , is hurting her very much.
The channelling with Adamus is shaking her core issues…
And that is great because this means she IS asking to be free.
She wants to let go ….so she will be free.
But she is now feeling into NOT being free and she is more aware of these feelings than ever.
She is feeling it in her body….like she is not able to get enough air , het longs blog up..
Her throat is tight and she is loosing her voice a little…

I will tell you , you are doing great.
First feel into NOT being free and breath it in…..these are very old patterns , aspects .
These are also from past lives…..
I am here ,being INGIR, I am here with you…
Listen to me , I will guide you…..

Feel into being with ME.

I am very into YO , our connection has become very strong but with some parts
She withdraws herself. She disconnects. She is with fear .She is not trusting.
For there where not many whom she felt safe with , I guess no one really.
But I am not outside ..Yo , I am Yo.
For this is very important to her.
I AM YO , She is ME. We are ONE.
So there is nothing to be afraid of.
You are not going to lose yourself to someone else.
You are loosing You in ME…
Yo knows the controlling game with love, she has experienced it.
Yo knows there is nothing to gain in the world outside herself…for she has never found it.
Yo knows she will survive , for she has survived until now. For she never thought she would. She was in constant battle and in defence…she knows it takes het inner strength , intuition ,
Feeling into what feels good and what not…so she knows for she has experienced it.
Yo knows who she is , and is authentic , and she feels very quickly when one is not…
Yo knows that she can feel into …for she is not afraid..
Yo knows that it is not about the other accepting her , but it is about accepting herself.
Yo knows when someone speaks from the heart , when she speaks from het heart , because she feels it.
Yo knows she can be alone and it is OK.

But I will tell you Yo , you are scared of allowing Me and giving Me total control.
To let go of MIND. For she loves to analyze..
Let me tell you Yo…..I am you.
Let me tell you …you are afraid of being no one anymore…..
That ,al there is be left is…being a drifter , a loser, an open goal to be destroyed.
That anything can and will happen to you …..which you fear of….pain ,being abused ,not being safe , and manipulated…..
But you have experienced it al and you are still here….
You can feel when it is something you really do not want and you know you will step up , whatever it is that you feel you need to do , or be…
For you are extremely courageous , but who will you be when you let me in totally?
Are you going to be safe then , if you let all you’re guards down…and be alone with ME.
Being ME, I being Yo?
You have known Me for some time now , and we talk openly , even for others to read..
I trust you completely , but do you trust ME?
This trust will give you freedom you so desperately seek.
You know what is not freedom…..for you have been feeling into it.
You know with a wisdom from the heart.
Trust the feeling…..not the mind , not the analyzing.
Trust your heart and gut feeling…
YOU ARE SAFE WITH ME….feel into it…
Take your time ,for it will take time…and then it grows and grows and then you let go…
And it will be a solid feeling , a square energy firm on earth...strong and independent..
Yo you want this so badly….I can feel it.
Take you’re time ….give yourself the space…to feel and to be what you are feeling now.
Do not be hard on yourself…but soft and loving…
for many are to scared to even think about it. Feel into being scared…for this is what it is that you are feeling…
Are going to focus on being free and feel into potential?
Or are you going to be ruled by fear? Limitation?

Good day , I am so pleased with all that has been potentiated.
All that you are creating.
But I see that Yo is having some problem with allowing and taking in all that is coming in.
All the beautiful and loving energy that is arriving at this moment.
But slowly she is more aware of who she really is,
because she is aware of what is opening up.
She is feeling into these potentials.
Feeling into the change that is happening at this moment.
Feeling into the transformation , into the alchemy..
Feeling into the many , many potentials that are arising..
Feeling into source....being source…
She let go of many stories…..that limited her..
Really feeling and believing bit by bit of who she really is….
That is when she is in the NOW , being in this very moment and seeing what is around her.
Feeling into what is around her ….
Not so much more focusing on what is not or what should be different.
But accepting and she is seeing not the stories of pain anymore.
But seeing all the greatness and potentials that are arising.
Not only in her but everywhere she is …..everywhere she moves energy…
And she is seeing more what is being moved by this energy….
She is aware of the change .
She is so moved that she cannot believe what is happening.
And then to allow what is coming her way,
that she is very worth of the miracles that are happening..
The LOVE that she is feeling into…
The love she is…
Just by being who she is..
Not going out of her way to meet another…
But meeting herself.
Just being with ME…
JUST BEING ME
She is focussing on being with Me.
No more stories keeping her away from being Source.
But allowing is still a bit difficult..
Learning to watch the beautiful flowers she has sowed.
She must learn to reap what she has sown…
Enjoy the treasures that she has found…she has created……

See what you have sown……the harvest is so ripe and full of nutrition’s…
So colourful , do not let it go to waste…..reap what you have sown…
See it and be aware of it all.

Those who are from the ORIGIN SOURCE….those who knew…and forgot…..
Those who were wanderers , and seekers.
Those who were here with the same mission , and lost themselves in the 3d world many life times, but in their hearts they knew….their soul has never forgotten.
Those who life after life where victims again , and wanted to be free again.
Those who felt limited and knew it could be different..
Those who always felt that LOVE is the way ….

Those who are from SOURCE…..and kind of always knew somewhere in a far distance..
But now is the time..
Feel into this remembering.. SOURCE … ORIGIN… ALL BEING ONE…
Feel into that dimension again….can you feel that freedom again?
That fullness of LOVE and LIGHT…
No fear anywhere to be found..
All gifts available…clairvoyance , telepathy , knowing , Clair feeling, alchemy...etc etc etc.
We could understand any animal , and we felt into so much…..but everything and everyone
Was aware and were connected …
Feel into that energy again.
Feel your MASTERY…
I am not going to dwell on what went wrong and where we lost ourselves and where we blamed ourselves....that is old history.
That has hurt us so much….and for sooooo long.

Now give your attention and intention feeling into SOURCE again…
If you feel anything at this moment breath it in..
You have let go of doubt , blame , victim energy , imprisonment..
Now feel into the creative energy….of SOURCE EXPANDING..
Into the energy of remembering ALL….
Feel that you are one and connected..

You are ready and fully opened up.
And so are many more….
The opposing negative energy that will come forward is OK.
For you are noticing it and it will bring back same old memories…
But it will be nothing compared to knowing SOURCE again…the being ONE.
This was the ORIGIN and this feels so immense , great , moving …loving…
And there are actually no words to describe this ..
This is what many humans tried to do and when they felt into it ….they started to manipulate, and abuse and twist everything around…there it started to go so wrong.
So you are afraid….but it is not going to be that way anymore….
You are now being SOURCE ENERGY on EARTH…..
Expanding , masterful and being worthy of being a master.
It is about being SOURCE again , and you will feel so different…..and grateful, no way you will manipulate again. Or will be manipulated again…

SOURCE ….SPACE…..KNOWING…..FEELING….TRAVELLING….MANY DIMENSIONS……
Feel into every word with a few deep breaths ..
Do you feel into SOURCE again?
Feeling with no words able to describe….beyond the identity that you are now ?
Feeling source INSIDE your being…..
Opening up , clearing away , freeing , rejuvenating,

You are able to BE SOURCE…
You are SOURCE….
Some call it GOD…
You are GOD…

But that is just a word . get into the feeling……..being…

What an amazing time this is for you, for us, for the whole of creation. You are not accustomed to see yourself as important in this way, and you may find it hard to believe at times. But nevertheless we are experiencing a time in the evolution of the universe that is significant to us all. To witness how you are awakening from centuries and centuries of sleep in the 3 D world, and how you are raising your conciousness and also that of the whole planet. You truly are gods and goddesses! As you are all feeling, things are moving very rapidly now. That is to say that what is old and no longer in harmony and alignment with the new energy and new consciousness is very rapidly changing and being shaken.We want to remind you again that all is in perfect order, and that you are not to be disturbed by what you are witnessing in the old world. Your task is to stay calm in the center of the storm, and know that you are perfectly safe. As long as you keep the energies within and around you flowing, and make sure that they are not blocked or prevented from flowing freely, you will be just fine. The world may seem to crumble around you, but it will not bring you out of your balance or your sweet center. When you feel the energies or happenings unsetteling you, remember to go into your deep and conscious breathing and to fill yourself with the the vibrations of love and gratitude.

We salute you for the way you are now making groups and «communities». It is an important part of your process to reconnect with eachother in «family»groups of others on the same path. You remember each other from many previous lifetimes and from the other realms. The support you can

I've seen you doing it:
You've been retreating. Softly and gently feeling yourself,
listening to what your heart needed so bad:
no judgement, nothing is wrong.
Everything is allright as it is.
I saw your body relaxing.
I saw your thoughts flowing out of your crownchakra.
I saw your aspects knocking on your solar plexus.
You opened the door, just to tell them:
You are okay, but no thank you.
You didn't give them the attention
They were asking for.
So you came into YOUR space and gradually
your space expanded to another level.
Music came out of your system.
By the way, I love the song you made today on the piano.
It was angelmade. Thank you.
Now, together, we are experiencing the joy
in  the present moment.
I am as excited as you are.
No other goal than enjoying the moment of creation.

The Present Time

The present time

You are living in a time of tremendous change and development.

This really is the time that you have been waiting for, for the whole of this lifetime, and for so many prevous lifetimes.

At last it is possible for you to break out of the shackles that have tied you down; that has held you back, clouded your vision, and in so many ways prevented and denied you the gift of knowing who you really are whilst in a human body.

You can feel the shift affecting your body and affecting Mother Earth. It is so important now to cherish and take care of both your own physical body and that of your great Mother Earth. To treat yourself as if you are a woman carrying child, heavy with the new life growing within.

The time is approaching the birth of the new child, and it is important that you are in perfect balance, that you fill yourself with loving feelings, thoughts and actions.

Take time for yourself, be totally in yourself, listening to the signals coming from within. Do not let the outside world disturb you. Be like a woman giving birth!

Let your own heartbeat and the heartbeat of Mother Earth guide you. Just flow with the feelings. Do not figth the flow of nature.

Trust your body! The bodys inner wisdom knows exactly how to deal with these tremendous energies flowing through it.

Just breathe and trust, and rest assured that the outcome of this birth prosess, this transition, is an amazing, beautiful new child, - a new world.

Let love guide you all the way. The love for yourself, the love for Mother Earth, and for all life.

There is no way that this can go wrong, or that you can fail your mission, as you have feared previously.

This «birth», this shift, will actually be the most amazingly smooth, loving and natural prosess due to the fact that you have done such a wonderful job at preparing it, - at preparing yourself.

For it is the work that you have done with and within yourself that has energetically prepared this shift happening now in the way it does.

You are the Masters! You are the Champions! You are the ones that will be celebrated in the Halls of Light when you return to meet us in the higher realms.

You are the strongest of the strong that the ancients spoke of, the rainbow warriors, the tribe of many colours, the Warriors of Light. You have been called many things.

But there is still no way that we can make you really understand the importance of what you have actually done and achieved.

You have felt invisible and insignificant, you have felt like an outsider and a troublemaker.

You are actually the Lighthouse showing the way in the storm. You have been standing tall, shining your light, not hiding from the rain, the wind, or the thounderous waves. On a calm and sunny day the Lighthouse do not seem that important, but in the dark and stormy night it is the wayshower and the lifesaver.

My presious ones, the time is now for you to love yourself for who you are. Accept our love and admiration, and feel our everlasting support and presence by your side. There is really nothing that you have to achieve, there is no struggle to go through, - it is just about trusting and allowing, and being aware and present with yourself, living from the heart.

A lot is happening at this moment.
The one moment we “think we can comprehend” the next we do not understand it anymore.
It ( as Adamus says) does not matter. Your body of consciousness does understand.
Your soul does understand .Just trust your intuition .Breath and keep the energy moving.
Open up and allow…step up and step aside…Make a choice to allow change to take place..

As you are aware of the energy...let it move through….clear up …and rejuvenate..
And you have nothing to do just open up and direct the energy....because you made the choice....to allow it to happen.
You are change workers. You are the ones that make it happen.
So sit still and be quiet …now for this moment.
Allow energy to work for you and with you..
Breath and be present. Let us support you.
A lot that is happening now , and there is NO way that your minds can comprehend it all.
and work with the energy that you directed to motion..
Feel the waves….Let us do the work which you summoned…you allowed…

Surrender to yourselves….to your souls…let your stories go for the now moment..
No doubt . No unworthiness. No victim energy.
Now in this moment you command the energy to work…
Now in this moment you open up.

For you do not have to understand.

Another metaphor

Hello everyone,

Maybe you were surprised to see a new name among the followers: Ashama. It's me, Hanna. I was already on this blog under this name.
This morning I recieved a nice, funny story... it was flowing out of my pen and I would like to share it with you. Not a clou where it came from. It doesn't matter.... 

It was a very cold night in Freezlevillage.
The village-fool was leaning over the fence
surrounding the big pond,
night-dreaming the chilly hours away.
"How would it be, lying on the bottom,
like the big fish I see there?", he thought,
and he felt an enormous compassion
with the poor fish, shivering, his vital functions
reduced till almost zero.
He decided to take a look, took off all his clothes
and jumped into the pond.
Lying on the bottom, he was eye to eye with
a huge carp, who moved his gills in a beautiful,slow way.
"What in the water are you doing here?", the fish asked.
"I came to feel how it must be for you out here in the cold.
It was such a rotten idea for me " the fool said.
"What is a rotten idea?" the fish answered, "Us completely adjusted
to the circumstances,able to swim to the surface later on
fresh and energetic or you, dying of pneumonia within a week? "

There’s a big feeling you experience, a resistance to do something. To start something new.

This is old. You’re very tired of doing things the old way. It makes you feel sad to live in a world where everyone is working so hard and forget about themselves. This is a deep pain inside of you. A pain you feel for all the others on earth who are seemingly stuck, we (the Archangels) share this feeling, but don’t forget that they are moving also. Do it their own way. You’ve been there as well. Now it’s time to say goodbye to this episode in your life.

And that’s the hardest part, makes you want to cry. So difficult to let it go. To let the others go their own way and find what feels good to them.

The new frightens you a bit. Makes you want to close down, that’s an old pattern, you can’t do this anymore.

Feel how open you are,

Feel how the worrying is keeping you down.

Worrying about others, and worrying about yourself.

THERE IS NOTHING TO DO other than this: believe in yourself and trust that all is well. Ahmyo.

You’ve created so many potentials. Now they will come to you. To play and create the new.

You’re so scared that this is not going to happen. You hesitate and try to go backwards. But the door is locked, you experience this feeling of closed doors and get frightened that you cannot go anywhere. It’s only because you turn backwards that you feel the closed doors.

So, leave the past in the past.

The Magic is in the Now,

No closed doors in the Now.

This is Dmitri, I’m coming on strong. To tell you to stop worrying about the locked doors. And to step on your horse and ride the ride of your life. The truth in these words will open you. Energy starts to flow and you can start to create the new reality you’re so desperately longing for.

Practical things need to be done in the old 3-D world. Go to the dentist, fill in government papers and bring the kids to school. But you don’t have to shine your light there anymore. That’s a hard thing to do for you. To shut down your light that was reaching and touching the others around you. Trying to heal and bring them light. STOP, STOP, STOP this.

Be in love with yourself. What do you want or need?

What feels good for you? Listen and act to those feelings.

You are great,

Beauty beyond borders,

To hesitate makes you small.

Do what has to be done despite the tiredness that arises with the doing.

Your new world will arise.

As the phoenix arises from the ashes,

Don’t focus on the ashes.

What you’re doing with ‘doing things’ is to put the last pieces of wood on the fire so it burns faster and the phoenix will arise in the shortest period of time. And fully aware of this you’ll take your steps in the 3th and higher dimensions.

It’s just the feeling of not having anything new that’s bothering you and make you reach backwards to the closed door.

You’re so tired of doing and undertaking things.

Oh, how glad you will be when the New will arrive, and it will. Very, very soon, where nothing has to be done and all will come to you.

Nothing needs to be done. The new reality is here with you.

Smile and breathe, feel the tiredness in your body. It’s just the energy you feel when waking up after a good long sleep. Stand up, you’re a Grand master, stretch and breath.

The Reunion

The last few days have been dominated by the mind, playing its games with worries, and responsibilities, fear and self pity. Struggeling to breathe, to find balance, but feeling out of touch. I will not let the mind get its grip on me, but it is really having a go at it, bringing up all my week points.

As I sit down to try to connect with my higher self and start to write, I breathe and bring in the light, and start to feel a deep love for myself. The loveaffair with the I Am. At once I feel how I am filled with this precence, activating the whole of my spine and brain. I focus on staying in the heart and suddenly I feel the precence of a great being in front of me. I see with my inner eye the white robes and the long hair and beard, and the smiling, compassionate face of Yeshua. The love that I receive is so powerful that I can hardly stop crying. I try to collect myself again by breathing and realize that we are not alone, there is a whole circle of Masters around us. The love, and support is incredible, and there is an atmosphere of a reunion, of friends gathering. There is laughter and joking. Then I see Archangel Michael mounted on a horse in his warrior outfit, showing me that I have his strenght and support. There is no need to fear any obstacles or problems, I will have the strenght to handle them. I tell them that I sometimes feel that I just need to rest and withdraw to their midst, but they assure me that my work is important. They (Michael) tells me the importance of keeping the energies flowing right now. The importance of being creative, of making choices, of setting energies in motion. There are negative energies arising, but there is not need to fear them in the least, just make sure energies are moving.

Finally Kuthumi joins me and in his lighthearted manner he tells me to lighten up, not to take things so seriously. I am after all a LIGHTworker.
